Shipping & Returns

RETURNS:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If there are any damages, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can start your self service return here. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 58899 8685 Rd., Waterbury, NE 68785. 

You are responsible for paying shipping charges for all returns and exchanges.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), home fragrence items (such as mop soap), car freshies, jewelry and accessories. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or clearence items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to a store credit gift card within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at daisyhavenandco@gmail.com.

SHIPPING:

All U.S. orders over $100 will receive FREE shipping.

For orders under $100, we offer flat rate shipping for only $6.00. Please allow ready to ship items 1-5 business days to be processed to ship. Custom made items are subject to their own turn around time. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has shipped.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Daisy Haven & Co. is not responsible for damaged or defective items past our 48 hours of delivery. If you have received a damaged or defective item please email daisyhavenandco@gmail.com to begin your return or exchange. If you want to exchange for the same item, you will be presented with this option if that item is still in stock or you may return for store credit, whichever you prefer. On your return notes please include what is wrong with the item and a photo of the item so that we can process your return as efficiently and effectively as possible.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
